Full-time Remarketing Logistics Coordinator

The Remarketing Logistics Coordinator will be working with and supporting the Account Managers and will be responsible for a wide variety of pre and post-sales administration related to Remarketing vehicles. 



  • Communicate transportation costs and time frame to Account Managers and customers
  • Secure funds for sold vehicles
  • Troubleshoot potential customer issues and concerns
  • Customer invoicing and overall department billing and paperwork
  • Management and ownership of the accounts receivable report
  • Transfer of ownership paperwork, keys and any additional documents provided
  • Update system throughout the Remarketing process
  • Work to improve current payment procedures with Account Manager team dealers
  • Assist with customer follow-up calls
  • Maintain current registration and duplicate key procedures
  • Assist with operational install process as needed
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • An individual contributor; not responsible for supervising others


  • Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 10 pounds) and standing, sitting and/or walking of more than 2 hours per day
  • Work is performed in a typical office environment and exterior environment during check in duties with varying types of weather and travel within assigned area
  • Work environment involves minimal exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety requirements, including road rules and regulations


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
